A Bug/Flying water flea Pokemon that evolves into a spiny water flea Pokemon.

It drifts in the air using its fluffy antennae, feeding on dust particles and water vapor.

Its evolved form anchors itself to a structure and extends a thin barbed reel, periodically retracting it to feed on whatever's caught on the hook-like barbs.

Its line has an ability that doubles its evasion by default. Having a transparent body helps a bunch, for sure.
