No it's not. The best way is to level up with lucky egg in front of the battle tree, and this doesn't even mean it's the FAST way.
Tapu Koko was literally the only pokemon i brought to 100 to fix some ivs, i'm just gonna breed for everything else, fuck that shit.

I've done it. Each 48-hour session gets you ~30K exp, which can be reduced to 24 hours with beans. If you only play casually, it works pretty well.

Get 2 rare kitchens 5 stars.
Level your poke to 66 by any means you want.
Get a rare meal and gain 7 levels, go to the other kitchen and buy the same meal.
Then buy the rare buffet in one, do the same in the other and you now have a level 98 pokémon. Granted it's once per day and costs FC (which if you know what are you doing should take you around 20 minutes to get at most) but gaining 32 levels in a minute, in particular those last levels is worth it.

It takes like a month of constant Evelup to get to Lv 100. It's pretty useless, because you can get more Exp playing the game 10 minutes than an entire day of Evelup
