It has a bulky subcoil set that very easily gets going but it's not that strong until about +3.

Banded Dog is cool though. I think Chomp still sees more usage though.

No, but Thousand Arrows buts it on par with the best. Garchomp is still probably the blanket best, Salamence or Mega Zard-X are still probably better setup sweepers, but Zygarde has a niche with its bulk and spammable Stab now.
