Damn, that's a shame. Levitate is obviously better but I wouldn't mind cursed body so much if the activation wasn't bullshit. They should make it so the first attack that hits gengar will have a 100% chance of being tgen disabled. It having a 30% chance to activate will mean its useless in certain games. No ability unless its stuff like pick up should be useless in battle.

Starting from BW, Pick Up make that the user pick a held item that was used by either an ally or an opponent during the battle. It is interesting for things like Custap Berry (+1 priority if HP is 25%) but all the users are either NFE Pokémon or have shit stats. Ambipom is the only one I can think can use the ability.
