Bulu vs. Kartana/Celesteela

This is tough. Neither have access to their better moves at their current levels.
Bulu can hit Kartana for neutral with Megahorn, though, while Kartana can do similarly.
I'd say that Bulu's better bulk allows him to take it.
Celesteela, on the other hand, can't hit Bulu for SE despite her typing. Furthermore, Bulu gets the Grassy Terrain buffs while Celesteela doesn't.

It's touch and go, really.

Poni
Fini vs. Guzzlord
Fini resists everything, can slash Guzzlord's health with Nature's Madness, and can sustain herself indefinitely with Aqua Ring. Easy.

Buzzwole/Phero gets Defense, which doesn't help against Koko.

Xurk gets +2 Special Attack, but Lele can actually still tank a +2 Discharge.

Kartana gets +2 Attack. Oh, dear. Bulu probably actually loses that one. The Celesteela one probably has the same status, though.

Guzzlord still gets stomped, Attack boosts or no.

I think we're all forgetting to account for the fact that Koko was designed to be a primarily physical/mixed attacker. 15 more Attack than Special attack points to this.

It's just that physical electric type is a total meme until we get something better than Wild Charge to work with, combined with Koko not learning Play Rough cemented it's strategy in being primarily special with some potential physical mix.
