anyway we have a crab that isn't water so a frog pokemon that isn't could work. what about those toads that bury themselves in the desert for months at a time to save water? ground/poison, give it dry skin, bam

Sounds like somebody needs to be more creative with their frogs
-Ghost type glass frog. Its skeleton is visible through its skin
-Dark type hairy frog. Slashes opponents with claws made from its own bones (I'm not even being edgy. The actual animal does that)
-Flying type gliding frog.
-Psychic type red eyed tree frog. Uses psychic powers to "climb" on air. Stuns opponents with its bright red eyes
- Dragon type paradoxical frog. Begins as a weak draconic frog and evolves into a gigantic shark-like tadpole which flies through the air.
- Ground type surinam toad. Spends most of its time underground and attacks prey with sprays of rock and rubble from its back.
-Fire type Beezlebufo. It is big and eats everything.
