Anyone just not able to get into Sun/Moon?

I just got to island 3 and I'm 40 hours in. Explore and do the things that are in the game.

I can't myself in to HGSS or Platinum don't worry OP

I have about 75 hours in my current save and I just beat the game yesterday.

like the other anon said, just explore and walk around. S/M is full of lots of cool shit to find, and filling out the dex is actually fun.

This, it's the first pokémon game in a while that I have fun that I simply can't stop. I beat the game earlier today and didn't even go to Battle Tree yet because there's much to do.

I respect that. I just am used to the X/Y ORAS rhythm where you just grind thru to the end, and then do whatever the fuck you want.

my run of this game has been the most fun I've had with pokemon in the last half-decade I have no fucking clue why.

I took rougly 50 hours to get through to the pokemon league and since beating it, I've just been going around and completing the pokedex. Catching every pokemon I find and raising them. And it's just fun for me.
I haven't even done the rest of the fourth island, I'm just raising pokemon.

I plan on getting moon eventually. Gonna do a sandstorm team with Roggenrola heading it.

And I should point out that I dropped both X/Y and ORAS before even getting every badge out of boredom.
Somehow Sun and Moon have held my attention far better than either game.

Exactly how I feel. And I see it's flaws like missing some content or being too straight forward with the maps compared to the other games, but it's simply fun so you don't care. I'm only 46% in the Dex and still can't see me stopping playing it yet.


I skipped Gen 6 and this honestly made me want to play both games by itself.
