Breloom. It has Poison Heal and Technician as Abilities. Although Poison Heal Gliscor exists and is bulkier, Breloom can also make good use of Poison Heal but it is more risky and is recommended to switch in against resisted hits.

Technician is easier to use but nowadays you need either ORAS or the situational Friend Safari to get it. Focus Sash and Spore are its best friends in this set.

Breloom is irrelevant nowadays because all the Tapus shuts down its only redeeming qualities(Sleep inducing and Priority spamming). Gen 5 was Breloom's best gen as defensive Poison Heal sets checks Rain and Sand abusers and offensive Technician sets gave it versatility.
