Does anyone know if Stomping Tantrum gets its double power if your last attack was made immune? (ex: Used a normal move into a ghost type) or is it a move relegated to doubles where Protect is practically required

Dragon Rage is the safest method I have on hand to lower its HP, but I'm not 100% sure it has 41hp at level 20. Have some in either luxury, premier or quick ball. But I haven't done any breeding with them except for egg moves so they all have shit IV. So I would try to make one with at least 5IVs.

But if you just want one for MMing with one of your existing vulpix I could also just give you something from the same egg group.
Have a german Eeevee with 6IVs. Which was one of my first attempts were i went full retard and bred for IV before nature and egg moves.
That way the ball won't matter.
In that case I would want some 6IV male in return. Egg group doesn't matter.

I think it would be a good idea to remove the gray scale and work around only one or two different colors, something like pic related. Also, don't leave free space on the header, it's unsettling. I removed those colors from the moves because I thought it was a bit too much.

Under the options while you're searching for a pokemon, you can choose "don't include" legendary pokemon, which includes UBs and Cosmog. However, it is GTS, so you have to be quick. The reasonable trade offers disappear in an instant.

You can also deposit your Moon exclusive pokemon to GTS and ask for the Sun counterpart. You should get a trade within the hour.

Hey guys I was looking for some help theorycrafting yesterday but no one answered, maybe they thought I was baiting, not sure, fairly new to strategizing mons here.
Anyway I caught a shiny staryu with a quiet nature and the analytical ability and I'd really like to use it, so I was thinking of making it a bulky special attacker. I wasn't sure about EV spread, held item, or moves though.
What I had in mind was to max out HP and defense, then give it an assault vest. Then I thought I could max HP and spread def and spdef evenly, and give it leftovers or a lum berry or something.
The moveset stumped me a bit. I was thinking something along the lines of scald, recover, reflect type, then couldn't decide out of psychic/tbolt/ice beam/dazzling gleam.
Any input/criticism would be appreciated, hoping to get on track to gitting gud

Starmie is just too fast naturally to efficiently make use of Trick Room without getting outsped by things that would normally underspeed it. And these things are generally very bulky. Especially since im assuming you won't be able to minimize it's speed as much as possible since it's an ingame one. Your best bet is a bit of bulk, max sp.atk, and maybe an AV.

Though if you really wanna try for a Trick Room set, go on ahead! Who knows? The sheer surprise factor could catch people off guard, and I think Starmie itself learns Trick Room, no? It could be pretty neat against offensive teams due to their speediness and Starmies coverage. Try it out if you're reaallly feelin it. Personally, I think Quiet Starmie is a bit of an unfortunate setting but hey maybe you can make it work?
