If you want to roll a new nature, you have to KO them and beat Lance to make them respawn.

Synchronize does not work on them because of this, their stats are generated before you encounter them.

For shiny I used Moon. Fits the head
Otherwise the tried but tested Repeat. Or level, that's great too (and has more value since Apricorn)
