You can tell a lot about a man by his handwriting. I'm interested to see what /vp/'s handwriting looks like, and if there are any patterns.
Write the name of you favorite Pokemon, your first game, your favorite game, and what you prefer to write with (optional).
Rate other anon's tastes and letters. I'll start.

9/10 taste. I like your h's, and the slight slant is neat too. I would take your handwriting home to my parents.
This is my favorite pokemon related thread
>>31339220

OP is fucking strange for having a handwriting fetish, but (S)he clearly stated it was to see any patterns between favorite Pokemon and shit and neatness.

That's a sexy-ass 2. I wonder if all Tentracruelfags have sexy 2's.

Thanks my dude.
I hope so
>>31339246
There would literally be no connection. They're entirely unrelated. OP just wants his gay ass handwriting fetish thread and added a slightly pokemon related twist. This has 0 to do with pokemon

Only like 7 million people bought Crystal. It's one of the worst selling Pokémon games of all time. What are the odds that 3/4 of you had it as your first game???
>>31339361
Sylveon anon here. Thing for me is, technically, I had Blue first. I played a couple hours without saving when the game froze and I had to reset. And being the child I was that was enough to make me ignore the games for a while (I watched the anime mostly) until I picked up Crystal and fell in love. So, I consider Crystal my first game, since, well.
>>31339373
What a strange combination of uppercase and lowercase
Nice though
>>31339326
Nice formatting/10. I like how "etc." is one of your favorite pokemon. I'm fairly sure you're an actual artist though. Or a girl.
>>31339220
>>31339331
You have it backwards. This is a generic "What's your favorite [fill in the blank]" thread with a twist. I have no idea why you're so assblasted over someone trying something new and potentially fun.
>>31339373
How did you learn to write upside down like that? Are you just in Australia or something?
>>31339474
>Favorite game is Red
>writes with blue ink
Disgusting.
>>31339474
>Gulpin -3-
cute!
>>31339361
Just a matter of circumstances. Pokemon only really arrived in Europe in '99, and that's when I started begging my parents for a Game Boy (Color). They finally caved on Xmas 2001 and got me a GBA, and I got Crystal in early 2002.
>>31339465
>I'm fairly sure you're an actual artist though.
Ha, I wish.
>Or a girl.
Ha, I wish. Well, actually I don't.
I'm too ashamed of my bad handwriting to post mine

Naisu torippusu desu. I just save pics to Drive, download them, then post from my pc. always rightside up and only takes about 5 seconds, which if what I'd spend rotating it anyways. I can tell you write left-handed. Guess lefties like Scyther.

>>31344253
I like the handwriting on the top, reminds me of my own style (>>31339326) in how tall the capital letters and k, l, t etc. are compared to everything else. I think it's both more fun to write and also more interesting to look at and read text with tall, thin letters like that. By contrast I kinda dislike, for lack of a better word, 'square' or 'boxed'-looking handwriting, where each letter seems to occupy the same amount of space.
But yeah what he said: >>31344283

>>31344804
>tfw my tablet+pen never varies stroke width
How do you do it?
>>31344833
It does, just not in the app I used to write with here. I use something called Sketchable, adjusted the Stylus Strength to 100, meaning any stroke is a full stroke. Velocity strength lets it taper when I want.
>>31344833
Mom's spaghetti everywhere I had it backwards Stylus Strength 100 uses my Surface Book's default stylus strength where the stylus itself has a pressure sensor. Velocity Strength allows it to go thin with speed.

Hi there!
You seem to have made a bit of a mistake in your post. Luckily, the users of 4chan are always willing to help you clear this problem right up! You appear to have used a tripcode when posting, but your identity has nothing at all to do with the conversation! Whoops! You should always remember to stop using your tripcode when the thread it was used for is gone, unless another one is started! Posting with a tripcode when it isn't necessary is poor form. You should always try to post anonymously, unless your identity is absolutely vital to the post that you're making!
Now, there's no need to thank me - I'm just doing my bait to help you get used to the anonymous image-board culture!
>>31349439
You have to be 18+ to post here, homo
>>31349472
>says the attention-hungry tripfag

>>31349484
If you're gonna be this much of a child, you should at least insult every trip. You couldn't even copypasta right.
2/10 you tried
>>31349541
I love cyberbullying with my fellow tripfriends
>>31349541
Literally why are you people using identities on an anonymous image board? There's no other reason than to feel unique and special and to have people remember you. Cry about the copypasta all you want, but it's 100% correct in that tripcodes are only for single thread uses where your identity actually matters. Anything beyond that is attention whoring.
I can't write horizontally sorry
Cock
>>31349584
Because I use it for drawthreads but IDC about taking it off.
I'm such an attention whore, aren't I? I'm so special for using a feature on a website anyone can use, aren't I? I need you to validate my need for attention! I'm worthless and need someone to notice me!
>>31339016
I have awful penmanship. It's a wonder my professors even managed to understand my essays, much less critique them.
>>31350026

Aesthetic
>>31339751
this looks similar to cyrillic or at least influenced by it
>>31349537
Main strokes on f's and h's are nice and straight. Lowercase a's could be more consistent. u's look like v's. Overall serviceable. Solid pencil you're using there; look into getting a Rotring 600 if you're looking for a real nice mech pencil.
>>31349610
I like print-cursive hybrids. Those lower t's are squirrely though. Solid.
>>31349780
The stroke slant gives it a lot of personality. Using two strokes to make the F's, P and B is eh.
>>31350065
Perhaps try a hybrid style or full cursive to accompany how flowy your scripture is. All depends on how much you want to practice.
>>31352436
Nice and straight, with a bit of a hybrid style going on too. Promising.
>>31352787
>Nice and straight, with a bit of a hybrid style going on too. Promising.
Uhh, my teachers have always a hard time deciphering what I write in tests and always tell me I should improve, how is that promising?
>>31352787
Hah, believe it or not when I have to write cleanly I shift into hybrid. Notes I make for myself or rush out are usually more like chicken scratches. I should practice more, but my job has me at a keyboard all day and my hobbies put me at one all night. I'll have to set some time aside.
>>31352814
>inb4 practice makes perfect
granted you did mention you were trying your best in your excerpt. I assumed as if it was you're reg style.
OP your t's piss me off.
>>31352863
I mentioned my handwriting is usually worse than that, I have to write slowly to make anything not look like shit, which isn't a possibility during tests or while taking notes
Hi, /vp/. Is this thread still alive?
>>31352938
Nice favorites. At least they give you internet. When I was in the hospital they barely gave us time outside, and it was in a 8'x8' fenced enclosure with a roof.
>>31352938
what you in there for?
I have a hard time picking my favorite Pokemon but this fucker is pretty radical. He is all the dragon I wanted in Charizard with all the edginess I wanted in Scyther. Still my favorite changes every day between any of my top 15
>>31352993
Your handwriting upsets me. Stop using cursive forever please.
Excuse my ugly handwriting
>>31352947
writing fast never yields anything pretty, nor is it enjoyable. I've noticed, though, by improving my focused writing, my quick writing improves. ymmv
I'm in the middle of changing my handwriting so it's pretty shit at the moment, sorry.
>>31353085

>>31353096
Except for those lowercase g's that look like p's and that S in SM that looks like a 5 it's not terrible, definetly better than mine
Fuck arthritis
>>31353106
Yeah I never practiced and most likely never will, whenever it's possible for me to use my PC to write stuff I take the opportunity and say fuck you to pens and pencils

I'm still learning to write cursive for daily diary writing. It was recommended by my therapist. Magearna pencil for size reference.
>>31358262
>It was recommended by my therapist.
The diary, the cursive, or both? Although I still know how to do it well enough, it's been like 13 years since I abandoned writing in cursive and just focused on developing a pretty-looking style that wasn't suffocated by the 'rules' I had learned for cursive handwriting.
>>31350533
here's the diary itself! it's made from mango wood.
