Power Creep has hit Abilities harder than most anything else.

Abilities in gen 3 were cute little side-gimmicks, and Drizzle/Drought were legendary-tier.

Now weather-setters are on bitch ass pokemon like Politoed and Ninetales, Drizzle/Drought get MEGAPRIMAL forms, and Pressure is auxiliary bullshit.

Admittedly, pressure stall has its uses. But it's a niche. A small one at that.
