The PP for all recovery moves should actually just be 5. I'm fucking sick of faggots who see that your attack deals ~50% hp and they just go "LOL IMMA SPAM ROOST UNTIL YOU MISS!" even when they clearly won't be able to PP stall my move which has more PP than roost
