No. There is none. Smogon Rocks only are a flaw if you're to retarded to have a spinner or put it at the front of your team (where it performs best anyways).

It's fast and powerful.
It has a godlike movepool.
It has two extremely useful STABs
It learns one of the most grossly overpowered setup moves in the game that was practically made for it
It's a fucking Bug-type solar diety and its pre-evolution looks like a blunt.

It is, no exaggeration, literally perfect.
