It's such a interesting move with realtively small distribution. Why woudn't they give it x2 boost instead. Also it works only with attacking moves

Ion Deluge is a cool concept. I use it in doubles with Motor Drive Electivire + any Boomburst user. It doesn't work, but it's fun.
