What went wrong with sumo?
>>31332972
Not much. Too many cut scenes is my biggest complaint
>>31332977
I just don't like seeing fat people trying to push each other

Sumo is a very popular sport in Japan.
Sun and Moon are really good games.

The main thing that went wrong with SM was angry people being mad about it... because i dont know what they expected? I guess they either were cryfags, or overhyped people.
For a pokemon game its actually pretty cool. It has too many cutscenes, which makes the first island fucking shit, but the rest is pretty good. The difficulty is more than in most gens, only behind 4 and 5, the music was cool, and the story wasnt bad at all.
Alola has about half the trainers Kanto does. And no dungeons.

NO DUNGEONS
NO WATER ROUTES
No postgame, no good means of grinding past like level 60, and Festival Plaza is a disaster.

>small region
>framerate issues at times
>new Pokémon are overshadowed
>difficulty for most of the game is shit except for the sudden level jump at poni island
>no places to easily grind
>hyper training being restrictive and not actually all that helpful
>SOS mechanic
people called it "sumo"
