I don't understand why people think it's impossible to complete the Pokédex without hacks.

I used the GBA Backup Tool by Rudolph to backup roms of my games so that I could facilitate the trading process with VisualBoyAdvance since I don't own two GBAs and a link cable, but that's the extent of my use of external resources to accomplish this.

Actually it's pretty easy to complete using Myboy emulator
Supports trade on the same device plus cheats for rare candies and myths, dex could never be completed faster

You can just use the duplication glitch for Rare Candies and the Pomeg Berry glitch for the unobtainable legendaries.

If playing in handheld, Totodile. Cyndaquil is more popular but it can't learn Solar Beam in Gen 3 and Power Herb only exists in Gen 4+.

If playing on Emulator, git gud and download a save editor.

I'm trying to complete the national gen 3 dex. Is there way to quickly get both kanto fossils without hacking?
