What is the best way to organize your PC for competative use when you have over 200 pokemon for battling?
Should I organize boxes by attack/defense/Special attack/special defense?
Organize by ranked tier?
Organize by Type advantage?
Normally I have a Box for Utility, for breeding, and for wonder trading. I use pokemon bank for my collection.
I sort these by 4 categories:
>Physical(covers both attackers and walls):
>Special(covers both attackers and walls):
>Mixed(covers attackers that run both physical and special moves):
>Support(covers dedicated team player mons like Baton Passers, weather/TR setters, annoyers etc. This also can include defensive pokemon aswell):
Each catagory will have multiple boxes if your going to store more than 30 pokemon on them. But at least the box label would make you remember the role the pokemon are going to do for the team.
I organize by how frequently I use stuff. My personal OU is box 32, personal UU box 31 and so on.

Organize by dex number, makes you learn each pokemons number and is most efficient for finding mons.
Just nickname or mark your competitive mons.

I separate my competitive boxes like this:
>Breeding (High IV PKMN, Dittos, HAs, that kind of shit)
>Eggs (Eggs)
>In Training (PKMN currently being EV trained/leveled)
>Battle Ready (Fully trained Pokemon. I then separate the Battle Ready boxes like anon >>31321990 does here)
>Box for Physical Attackers with a Atk+ Nature, I sort them by Attack stat.
>Box for Physical Attackers with +Speed Nature, sorted by Speed stat.
>same with Special Attackers, box for +SpA and box for +Spe natures
>Boxes for Megas (sorted by highest attack stat)
>Boxes for Defensive supportmons and Special Defensive supportmons, sorted by highest defensive stat (either Def or SpD)
something fun, I guess
Why would you do that, we have a search feature now.
