well, this gen it got 50 bp fell stinger which gives it +3 atk on a kill. and it has technician
so maybe give it some more speed.

id do a whole redesign and have it focus on the fact it is a sound based pokemo. and give it access to moves like hyper voice, bug buzz. Change it's typing to normal/bug to get stab on hyper voice and maybe an ability so sound based moves have a chance to flinch. In doubles we already have rock slide so a normal type equivalent wouldnt be that bad, give it +100 bst, +20 on all relivant stats and switch sp att with at on its original stats. Maybe some interesting moves like disalarming voice or snarl to give some reason to technician sets.
