Scarf Tapu Lele already shits on Lucario. Quad resits CC/Aura Sphere and shuts down Bullet Puch/Extremespeed. Unless sets like Agility + Flash Cannon are considered viable, Lele is always going to win.

Or you can also use Pheromosa or Dugtrio or Starmie if Psychic Terrain is in effect. Lucario will lose to anything faster as long as Lele's terrain is still active.

Why does everyone complain about technician? Marshadow has the stats and moveset to work it really well, especially with priority like shadow sneak.

Once it comes out, I can really see this thing being a wallbreaker.
