I remember I had the first Spectres game when it first came out, got stuck early on and then lost the game. I don't remember much, is it any good? Would it be worth trying to get a hold of a copy and playing again?

I had a lot of fun with these games. They aren't that hard from what I remember, but I would still check them out. They are pretty cheap used at GameStop(at least the second one is).

I had no idea what to type half of them, feel free to retype them

This game,Spectrobes beyond the portals, came out around the same time as D/P and already had 3D graphics along with a beautiful list of planets to visit that always had something new if you revisited. The story was great and it wasnt linear (the exception being unlocking planets to visit in order) the characters were interesting and the puzzles were challenging. I love the way you can take control of your spectrobe and switch between it and your other spectrobe during live battles against the krawl. The monsters are AWESOME and you can even let the baby ones follow you and help you search for fossils that could become your new bros. And lets not forget the fact that you are a spaceship captain who actually gets to modify the ship and shoot the fuck out of enemies on ground and in space! Truly the best pokeclone
