would be fine without the watermarks. ive seen people manage to take them off and the art actually looks fine, even if it has a very perculiar and tumblr esque style choice, its fine for what it is, minus the watermarks.

not to mention it is the hawaii region so, tumblr tier diversity atleast makes sense.

There are flaws in the OP's picture, like Decidueye not having a bow and arrow, and the watermarks, but as representatives of the Pokemon they're supposed to be, it's a lot stronger design-wise.
Decidueye is a hunter/ranger type. Primarina has an idol-like dress and design. Incineroar has a more brawler-like outfit, including knuckle braces and knee pads.
What does that picture have? If it was monochrome, you wouldn't be able to distinguish them at all.
