Its a great asset for Rain teams. As STAB Thunder and Surf takes advantage of the weather's benefits. It also has access to Z-Hold Hands and Z-Celebrate. Unsure if that Z-move strat is viable(just got that idea from Smogon forums), but it boosts all your stats by one and might make use of Electro Ball better.

It's the perfect counter to Analytic Beheeyem.
You send it in on their Skill Swap, you get Analytic, they get Surge Surfer. Now they outspeed you and you get that sweet Analytic boost.
