Yes it does, I use it on monotype. Mimikyu is a meh UU mon at best though and haxorus is pretty unusable due to the amount of fairies and speed power creep

Moldbreaker goes through Sturdy, it should similarly go through Disguise.
Shields Down is different in that it's pretty much a form change, and its stats change based on which form it's in.

fuck haxorus' speed leaves it exactly cucked by hydreigon, and then they both get wrecked by everything else.

I use Z-Outrage Haxorus and put in work, I think he's underrated personally. Send it in late-game against something that can't one shot, use Dragon Dance, and proceed to wreck the opponent's whole team. +1 Devastating Drake can kill pretty much anything except bulky steel types at full health. I'm not saying he's top tier but he is usable.
