Dhelmise looks better on paper but it doesn't have the utility options Decidueye provides.

Its spinner and spin blocker all in one

The problem is tapu fini is basically a suicine that clears hazards and cant be statused so theres no reason to use a spinner

Both are UU mon. Anchor has more durability and and can put a holein just about anything. Owl is a passer and some utillity.

Also owlfags are pushing it quite a bit. Either way as an anchorfag I'm happy its seeing use and a lurantis tier shitmon.

You retards. They do different things. You're comparing azumarill to primarina here. Dhelmise is an offensive trapper/spinner/tank, decidueye is a defensive trapper/defogger/pivot. They have different niches. Dhlemise's niche is to hit hard with great coverage (ground/grass/ghost alone is fantastic), decidueye's niche is to baton pass on trapped things via its decent defensive typing, which it also uses in conjunction with roost to check shit like koko.
