What's the best ball for a shiny Lapras? I'm gonna breed it so I can't do Master Ball. I have a Dream Ball Lapras in Gen 6 I can transfer up when the Bank opens, so I can use that ball as well

I went with a Beast Ball for it, mainly because the golden ring parts on the ball remind me of claws, and the animation looks cool.

Premier ball is probably a better option though.

Thats the reason that gift pokemon (gen 7 starters, portgon etc) cant be in apricorn balls or beast balls

I kind of regret just cheesing it and settling for Timid on Fini just for the sake of finishing my dex.
