Delphox needs Energy Ball or Thunderbolt, and almost anything else other than Magician for a hidden ability. Maybe Competitive?
Zygarde Complete could probably take some of its speed and/or HP to go toward its offences.
Incineroar needs Fire Punch, Knock Off, Sucker Punch or Drain Punch and for some of its special attack to go into its speed.
Vikavolt needs some of its attack and possibly defence to go into its speed.
Crabominable needs Mach Punch and Ice Shard to become anything resembling something that isn't a colossal fucking disappointment.
Oricorio needs Flamethrower, Thunderbolt, Psychic and Shadow Ball.
Like other people have mentioned, Golisopod needs a fucking hidden ability because of Emergency Exit.
Tapu Koko and Tapu Bulu need Play Rough or any fucking physical Fairy-type move that eventually gets introduced.
Marshadow needs an ability that affects more than seven of its moves.

+50 in both defenses.
Its ability is "Scovillion". Two effects:
1. When it's switched in, the opponent gets burnt.
2. Contact moves burn the opponent, too.

Meganium learns a new plant/pollen based attack via level up called "Pepper Spray": 85 BP special fire type attack that has a 50% chance to burn the opponent, even fire types! (because it's not a fire based burn). It has no effect on Pokemon with the Overcoat Ability.

Make Zoroark Dark/Fairy, which it should be theme-wise.
It's a one-trick-pony in its current form.. so give it a HA that is a variation of "Illusion": Now Zoroark will take the shape of a random team mate each time it is switched in. This will take away some control, but has the potential to confuse the opponent. And instead of changing back into its real form as soon as it gets hit, it will only change back when its HP get under 50%. So hazards, recoil and residual damage could potentially turn it back, too.

Komala's concept is cool but "Comatose" never made much sense to me. I'd change it to something like that:
Instead of making it immune to status that isn't sleep, it now has the ability to ignore sleep's side effects so you can still choose moves and attack the opponent (automatic sleep talk with full control). That way, it can spam rest and doesn't have to worry about status and recovery at all. This makes up for its Okay stats and the lack of an evolution.
