It took like 45 minutes for me to get a modest Popplio that also happened to be female on my second playthrough yesterday.

Suffice to say I couldn't believe something like that was possible in such short amount of time without hacking. Works well playing as the girl, and perfect for the fairy-type themed roster I'm planning on.
