I always thought that certain Pokemon should have a passive stat for levitate that wouldn't use up an ability slot. Pokemon like magneton, nosepass,and vikavolt should have it and then get other abilities too.

Even though it's probably supposed to be a wall breaker, it's not even fast enough to outspeed walls, as I was just amazed to find out tentacruel has 100 speed, skarmory has 70 speed, and even hippowdon outspeeds it at 47.

If Vikavolt can OHKO ferrothorn with HP fire, it would be the ONLY notable thing it could do as a wall breaker, but I'm too lazy to calc

Not him, but yes. Vikavolt is bulky enough to almost always take one attack, but just one. If it can't OHKO the opponent, then it loses flat out.
