Nah, I used him alongside Lycanroc with assault vest on him. Just 16 EVs and he has a base special defense stat of 450.

Its niche is being PU with Azelf is OU. Sturdy is a better ability if you want to use Gigalith as a disposqble suicide lead to ensure it actually gets Stealth Rock up
