Adamant nature. Max out speed and attack, the rest can go on any defenses.

i use the same set with fire punch instead of thunder punch. since outrage has stab, its an 180 base dmg attack while a super effective punch is only 150, so the only real reason to use the punch is when you cannot hit neutrally with outrage or super effectively with eq. fire punch thus helps against steel/gras, steel/bug. steel/flying while thunder punch only gets you togekiss i believe. okay and gyarados but i think you gets hit hard enough by outrage.
oh also play lum berry for safer outrage and to block status. plus hidden ability is mandatory obviously
