I love what they've done with new mons, type combos, and moves in this gen, but holy fucking shit, they fucked up so much on the overworld and story in my opinion so far (just beat Suiren's trial)

A lot of this started in Gen 6 though, but I'm still mad about that way it has advanced despite all the cool stuff they've added in Sun and Moon. The sense of adventure is dull in these new games.
