Advice for Monotypes

If you don't want to use Scizor, then Togedemaru can be a decent bug attacker with fell-stinger. Use that with nuzzle, poison-jab and fake-out with an adamant nature. Assuming you don't have classic 1 of each item clause, then use a life-orb. Otherwise use a Z-Crystal.

About Alolan Sandslash, it's pretty flimsy and requires a hail team to be used effectively. Some ghost and dark types can learn fire-type moves, or ghost types learning fighting-type moves.

Go mixed with Aegislash. Trust me. run Flash Cannon, you'll thank me later.

Megagross should drop either Bullet Punch or Meteor Mash, and should probably run Iron Head over Mash anyways. Megagross might benefit from running Pursuit to really mess up Ghost guy. You might consider dropping Zen Headbutt, since I can't see it helping much against a Bug, Ghost, or especially Dark team. Hammer Arm might prove better, even if it contradicts Megagross's speed.

Strictly speaking, Physical Lucario is better, but I understand the issues arising from a Steel type team. I'd put Lucario as questionable, though it may be useful against the Dark guy. Dark Pulse might be a good idea on Lucario, since you know Ghost Guy exists.

A-Sandslash is awful, do not use it.

You need another source of Fire for that Scizor, since Magnezone can't trap it.
Empoleon might make a good choice, since the team is very, very weak to fire. Something like a Houndoom, Volcarona, or Chandelure will wreck your shit.
Sturdy Aggron with Metal Burst is a decent, if gimmicky, stop to a sweep. Aggron will have a good time against Bug Guy in general.

If i ran Flash Cannon, would i want to invest in the SpAtk? I wouldn't rebreed for a more suitable nature because this is a shiny that i Masuda'd.

Im limited to only mons i can get in Alola so no Aggron or Empoleon for me. Fortunately, that also means no Volcarona or Houndoom. Ghost friend is using a Chandelure, though. I really do need a counter.

So, the major Pokemon i need to find good checks for are Chandelure, Krookodile, and Pangoro, but i dont know what else they might have in reserve to trip me up.

Okay, then. With that said, Focus Sash Dark Pulse Lucario might be a good pick for Chandelure. Pursuit Megagross might work, but if Chandelure has a scarf, that's a no-go.

Expect an Incineroar. It isn't great, but is almost a sure thing against a Steel and Bug guy.

Alolan Dugtrio is absolute shit in any other format, but it might be your best call here to handle Chandelure. As a secondary bonus, Tangling Hair might slow Scizor enough to make it slower than Magnezone, and it can run Shadow Claw to help fight Ghost guy in general.

Klefki can shut down Dark guy, and cheat your way past something else with relative ease.

Flash Cannon Aegislash doesn't need any particular SpA or IV investment, the Weakness Policy is doing that for you. Flash Cannon or Shadow Ball makes use of that amazing SpA Aegislash mysteriously has, and lets you plow through Physical walls.
To be perfectly honest, neither Flash Canon nor Iron Head will be a tremendous deal given your opponents, Mimikyu is about the only thing that cares about Steel.

Scizor would be great against Dark guy, but honestly, with the other options you have, and the fire weakness you are trying to covor, Scizor is the last thing you need. Hammer Arm Megagross should outspeed Krookodile and OHKO it (Or at least bring it to Bullet Punch range). Pangoro doesn't need to be countered, it's slow, just outspeed and kill it.

I think either A-Dugtrio or Klefki will be your best bet. A-Dugtrio counters ghost guy, especially Chandelure, though it might want a Sash to be sure. Klefki counters dark guy.

Don't forget, you can slap a Z-Crystal and half-assed coverage move on a Pokemon to make a lure and counter nuke. Remember that Bloom Doom Heatran is a thing. It also might be worth putting Safety Goggles on someone so you can freely switch into Butterfree. Might be worth thinking about.

Incineroar will probably be there, you're right. However, a few of my mons can take him on quite well, so hes not a huge problem.
