Hmmm interesting. The leaf one the racoon seems wierd. Like it's glued in or something. It just gives off the vibe of a shitty moble knockoff where designers are like 'lol it's a grass type so lets give it a leaf and paint is green'. Imo try to replace the leaf (maybe Leafeon style ears or incorporate it into the mask) and try a bit lighter and softer tone of green. The other two seems perfectly fine to me, good job. I'd love to see the evos too

The leaf is the only thing that makes it decent, it's a tanuki thing, and it's pretty standard

It's not the first time these get posted, so I'm not sure if the OP is the same everytime.

Regardless, the only good ones are the raccoon and the cow, with a few flaws each. The leaf in the raccoon's head is a niche touch, but the flower-like thing at the end of the tail is unnecessary, and there's nothing else in the rest of its body that matches its color, it looks out of place.

The cow looks slightly like a pig because of skin color, ears, nose, etc. You could paint it another color or give it a cow-like tail to make it clear that it is not a pig.

The whale with the hat never stops being stupid. Even if the hat was worked into being a tiny chunk of ice that they wear to protect themselves from something, it's too weird-looking the way it is. The mouth is also badly drawn. The whale itself could be cool if it didn't have that shit stuck to it. Also it is incredibly similar to wailord and wailmer, so I'm curious to see what its evos look like that differentiate itself from those.

It seems fine exept for the chin. I'd say keep the original round one at least for the mid evo. Try to blend mask with the design too (something similar to Electivire but with the line broken on the back of its head instead) or just make it from leaves.
Also you're going for the bandit theme, right? Maybe try subtle camo colouring and make the flower on its tail big enough to camouflage its face when in danger for the final evo

Seems pretty good as a base, but kinda "gets" bigger.

I would recommend that you should give it either a darker colour or a lighter colour.

Though, I'm not sure what's the themeing is, I assume that it's pirate/sailor theming, judging from your last posts. If it's this, then I'd advise that you should expand on the theming while keeping it natural.
