What I mean is fanart of other girls like May, Dawn, Serena, Mallow, Lana, etc. still look rather similar to their anime incarnations no matter what the artists style is. But these Lillie artworks can be confused with any other blonde girl from any other anime.

It's probably because Lillie's design doesn't immediately strike out as a Pokemon girl design like all the others do, due to how unique they all look.
