>Parasitic
Making direct contact with this Pokemon will boost all of the affected's stats by one stage each, but they will also become poisoned and confused.
Exclusive to Nihilego

>Absorption
HP-draining moves deal and restore 50% more HP than normal.
Exclusive to Buzzwole

>Beauty
When this Pokemon enters the battlefield, all opposing Pokemon will become infatuated.
Exclusive to Pheromosa

>Volt Conductor
Electric-type moves are drawn to this Pokémon. Electric-type moves will do no damage; the Pokémon's SP ATK is raised one stage and 25% of its maximum HP is restored. (Literally a combination of Lightningrod and Volt Absorb.)
Exclusive to Xurkitree

>Launch
At the end of every turn, Attack and Speed are each boosted by one.
Exclusive to Celesteela

>Swordmaster
All "cutting" moves have their damage boosted by 50%.
Exclusive to Kartana

>Grim Feast
All biting moves become OHKO moves. After using a biting move, this Pokemon's HP is restored by however much HP the opponent lost on the turn they were KO'd.
Exclusive to Guzzlord

Celesteela and Guzzlord are OP.

>>31247639
Yeah honestly you can fucking one shot guzzlord with just about any move so I would venture to say its not op
>>
>>31247639
What's not OP about all biting moves being an instant KO? It doesn't say that they receive the accuracy drop of other OHKO moves, so it sounds broken.

>drunken fist
>if the user consumes berry juice in-battle, speed drops one stage but attack is maximized

Permafrost: 30% chance to freeze upon being hit by a physical move OR 25% chance of freeze on any move of the user.

Insulation: Take no damage from temperature-based moves (Beak Blast, Scald, etc)

Ever After: Fairy type moves get 50% damage boost.

>>
>Blight
Prevents all forms of healing while the Pokémon with this ability is on the field.
>Blind
Immunity to light based moves.
>Irritable
Raises Attack by one stage when the user misses an attack.
>Pride
Moves of the user's type have +1 priority. Moves not of the users type have -1 priority. Only given to single-typed Pokémon.
>Trailblazer
Raises speed when hit by a Fire-type moves, and grants an immunity to Fire-type moves.
>Egocentric
Special Attack is equal to the amount of HP the user currently has.
>>
>cold front
deals damage to opposing pokemon when the pokemon enters the battle. the damage dealt is pretty much ice stealth rocks

>>31247673
shouldn't it be lower accuracy instead of speed?
>>
Opposite Day:
Reverses the type chart for all damage calculations involving this Pokemon, immunities stay as immunities

Just Get Lucky:
Pokemon only takes damage from critical hits, critical hits do not receive a damage boost

Best Offense:
Pokemon uses its defense stats instead of its attack stats during damage calculation

Compensation:
When this Pokemon is sent out all its stats increase by one stage for every fainted Pokemon on your team

Heartbound
In double battles, the ally pokémon will endure any blow with 1HP while this pokémon is on the field. Does not effect other pokémon with this ability.
>>
>>31247660
Choice scarf exists, assault vest exists, focus sash exist.
There is no way to balance that.
>>
>>31247662
Because Guzzlord is absolutely shit and is outsped by fucking everything.
I will admit to having made Celesteela OP, though. I couldn't think of anything that fit her description that wasn't just a reskinned Speed Boost.
>>
>>31247849
how about this?
>launch
this pokemon gains +1 to each stat after 5 turns.,maybe 10 because I don't actually know how long that thing can last
>>
>Energetic Aura
This pokemon's moves and its allies' moves have increased priority while this pokemon is out

>Dramatic Aura
The user and its allies increase their most proficient stat by one stage once their health is below 50% if this pokemon is out

>Enraging Aura
The user and its allies' moves are increased in damage while this pokemon is out (lets say, a 20% boost), but have 10% less accuracy.

>Corrupted Aura
While the user is out, all moves have their type assigned to them randomly after being chosen. (Give the pokemon in question a move that bypasses this effect)

And now give more pokemon access to Aura Break.
>>
> Unbroken
Weaknesses and resistances are less variable than the common table:
x4 are x2
x2 are x1.5
x0.5 are x0.75
x0.25 are x0.5

Pokémon to have that ability:
> Bastiodon
> Probopass
> Aurorus
> A-Sandslash
>>
>Adrenaline
All attacks become critical hits when in red health.
>Epidemic
If the opponent switches while having a status condition, the switched in Pokémon will get the same status condition on entry.
>Conquest
On entry puts the opponent under the infested affliction for three turns.
>>
Easy-Going: Heals HP when a move fails/nothing happens.

Show Stopper: Sound-based moves gain a 30% chance to flinch.

Decoy: Once per battle, when hit by attack, the Pokemon automatically generates a substitute.

Bust a Move: When a Z-Move is used, the Pokemon uses a Z-Move that it is compatible with.
>>
If this Pokemon remains in battle for 20 turns, you win the battle.

Yes, and??? Guzzlord is still bulkier that the average pokemon, and thanks to this ability, it can run full defensive investments. Get outsped, survive, OHKO, restore large amounts of health. I bet you're one of those faggots that say no guard fissure machamp wouldn't be broken.
>>
Mold Armour: When attacked, ignore the attackers ability. Works on huge power, tough claws, adaptability, technician, and other things. Basically a defensive Mold Breaker.
>>
>>31247849
Trick room with assault vest.
>>
>>31247849
Why not have it based upon the other half of her inspiration, Kaguya-hime? It could be something silly like a chance of Celesteela finding and holding a small nugget after every battle, or to something for battling like where Grass type moves counts as STAB for her.
>>
>clerical error
>when a foe recovers health, both its defenses drop one stage
>>
>>31247849
Holding my breath for the first priority biting move.
>>
>>31247660

252 Atk Life Orb Garchomp Outrage vs. 252 HP / 252 Def Guzzlord: 588-694 (90.4 - 106.7%) -- 43.8% chance to OHKO

252 Atk Adaptability Lucario-Mega Close Combat vs. 252 HP / 252 Def Guzzlord: 656-772 (100.9 - 118.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Fully invested Garchomp with a LO can barely OHKO it with a Super Effective Outrage, same with a Mega Lucario. Guzzlord may be shit right now because it has no recovery, but you know it has more bulk than Toxapex and Eviolite Chansey, right?
>>
>>31248228
I like this one. Especially if it applies to healing caused by held items.

>Rhythm
Boosts accuracy of a move when used in succession by 20% of the base until it reaches effective 100%. Any different move besides the first move when the Pokemon is sent out gets a 10% accuracy penalty for the first attempt.

>Pummeling
Moves without secondary effects get a 50% boost in power

>Sensitive
Pokemon effectively uses Foresight each turn, can't have accuracy lowered, and the opponent can't raise evasion
BUT all "sound"-based moves deal double damage, ignore the above rules, negatively change stats twice as much, and have a doubled chance of secondary effects.

>Third Eye
Gives Psychic moves STAB. Additionally, Future Sight cannot miss except for against Dark Types or Wonder Guarders.

>Feng Shui
Moves that effect the whole field do not hit allies.

>Honorable
Pokemon disobeys orders and will not harm Pokemon 5 levels lower than its own or more
Pokemon boosts comparatively stronger attack stat when faced with an equal-level mon.
Pokemon boosts all stats against Pokemon 5 levels higher than itself or above.

>Karma
When hit by a crit, the next move used will also crit if used against the attacker.

>En Garde
Cutting and Slashing moves gain +1 priority

>Riposte
Pokemon inflicts neutral damage equal to 1/6th given when struck by a Physical move

>flying types
>levitate
>sturdy
>air balloon
>focus sash
>meta of fairies/tapus
>bring your own OHKO move
>outspeed and hit with SE

the most common counter I get is that machamp is scarfed which allows him to outspeed many threats and that mons who have sturdy are weak to dynamic punch or that flying types could get hit with stone edge. But then most people going this angle forget that they argue for a scarfed machamp, so that means fissure won't come into play until a switch is forced, thereby taking momentum off the machamp player

All attacking moves and status moves have a Pursuit effect in that they take effect before the opposing pokemon is switched out. Works on both manual switch ins and U-turn types.

Crazy Diamond
Fully heal enemy pokemon but their stats are all severely reduced, can only be used on pokemon with <70% health.

Echoes
All attacks are now sound attacks.

The Hand
Will randomly remove one ally debuff, enemy buff, or stage effect

Heaven's Door
User can see the opponent's moves and can choose to disable one move or the use of items on that pokemon for the rest of the match.

Star Platinum
Pokemon can move twice in a row while ignoring debuffs and stage effects, this move always goes first.

Hermit Purple
Causes a small amount of electric damage and a chance to cause paralysis, cancels any charging attack the enemy pokemon is doing, can hit even if enemy pokemon is flying or underground.

Killer Queen
Whenever the enemy pokemon uses an item or has an item used on it, the enemy pokemon takes heavy fire damage.

>Mist Body
Physical moves have 50% chance to cause no damage
50% increase damage taken from fire and ice, and flying special moves

That seems pretty reasonable.
Maybe it could be like a one time auto power herb, so you could use it at any hp, but still not have unlimited nukes.
Would be pretty good on frail revenge killers.
But I still don't know if you could Balance that with the fact that you could equip power herb on a guy with this ability.

Drunkard: Basically Hustle but .75x accuracy and 1.5x Attack

Windbreaker: Pokémon is immune to "wind" moves, IE Air Slash, Twister, Icy Wind, Ominous Wind, Heat Wave

Motivation: HA exclusive to mons with very high BST, percentage of HP left determines percentage of their stats
IE 50% HP halves all stats, and so on

Blacksmith: "Hammer" moves, IE Hammer Arm, Crabhammer, Ice Hammer have 1.3x power, 1.5x power against Steel types (and ignores Steel resisting them)

Rushed: 1.2x Speed, two-turn moves take one turn but at only 75% of the damage

A few ideas for some legendaries:

>Mewtwo: Aberration
>User's psychic moves deal normal damage against dark, bug, and ghost types

>Articuno: Wind Chill
>All ice and flying moves have a 20% chance to lower opponent's speed by 1

>Zapdos: Thunderbird
>All electric and flying type moves have a 20% chance to boost user's speed by 1

>Moltres: Fanning Flames
>All fire and flying type moves have a 20% chance to boost Sp. Attack by 1

>Mew: Adaptation
>Reduces (by 25%) damage moves which match typing to one of Mew's

>Dialga: Time Lord
>Increases priority of user's moves by +1

>Palkia: Spacial Refraction
>grants Boosts Evasion by 1 upon entering the battle

>Girantina: Decay
>Any time the user is struck by a contact move, a random stat by the attacker will fall by 1 stage.

Random one not mean specifically for any legendary:

>Learning
>The effectiveness of damaging moves used against the user reduce with consecutive hits.
>>
>>31249208
Well yeah obviously if it's not actually in the meta it's not going to affect the meta. Thanks for that.

But anything of that caliber in an actual meta would over-centralize it to shit.

I do like those Legendary Bird ones
>>
>>31249853

>>31249910
I didn't know a single stage boost to priority was so huge, I'll admit.

as adaptation goes, it might be worse than that.

The idea is that if an attack hits mew that matches the typing of one of mew's attacks, it reduces damage by one quarter.

So if your mew's set up is
>Giga Drain
>Swords Dance
>Ice Punch
>Thunderbolt

Mew would have a 25% resistance to Grass, normal, Ice, and electrical attacks.
