Well I've never used a regigigas, so I don't know if it would interact with the ability in a useful way, but does psyche up put its strength and speed up? I think that z move recovers HP, but you'd still be fucked by anything with roar.
Really with the power creep as it is I just can't think of a way to make a mon with such a shitty ability seem worth it
