Machamp is my top bromon of all time. Shame GF hasn't given him a competitive buff despite all the promotion he got since last year. I mean, I didn't hype myself up so I wouldnt be disapointed as much, but it still sucks he got nothing significant this gen, especially when other pokemon have been enroaching on his shtick for several gens now. Not really asking for much. I dont even want a mega--a HA change, or DP boost in BP, or something like a physical Quiver Dance for an alternative build/niche would be nice.

Machamp was always my favourite Pokemon back in the day. It isn't quite that now, but I still like him a lot.

Too bad out of all the trade evo mons from Gen 1 he get no buffs whatsoever, and then got outclassed by Conkeldurr.

I grew up with gen 1, but I love gen 4 pokemon designs and gen 5 games! The series was fun for me since day 1. I don't get most of the hate and rankings..

how many fighting type lines exactly have emphasis on musculature? buzzwole? sure. Conkeldurr is a stretch, but okay. The others emphasize on other aspects like specific martial arts or their secondary types.

Additionally, the whole point of fighting types is that they stand out from other elemental types because of their focus on martial arts and being humanoid. This is like accusing a grass type of being generic because it has leaves or flowers, or an electric type for being yellow and with lightning patterns on it. Newsflash, that's what makes the type distinct.

So not only are there very few fighting types focusing on musculature, you are also criticizing a design for bringing into the table something different from many other designs/types as generic. Quite the irony.
