Is Golisopod a good pokemon?
Yes and no.
>>31242572
Yes
>>31242572
Yeah. Not the best, but what he does is pretty good.
The important part is to try and use Emergency Exit to your advantage.
Sorry bro the OU council has banned discussion on this
He have a very unique play style that you have to build your team around.

Have they really or am I being memed
>>31242572
No it's pretty bad. The ability is to blame. First Impression, Spikes, Liquidation, and that defensive capability are terrific.
If Emergency Exit incorporated Regenerator it'd be vastly better. As it is now, it's like the defensive equivalent of Archeops.
Yes, especially his defensive Spikes variant.
Can't wait for tutors in the next game in order to run him with Ice Punch.

>Rattata used Super Fang!
I know it's shit in OU, but how is it in UU and doubles?
>>31242654
Oh dang
Is it because people keep pushing it? Cause I like both of those dudes, but neither of them have a spot in OU, and everyone knows it
Should i run assault vest Pod or red card Pod with spikes?
>>31242653
>special mamoswine
what's this gay shit?
>>31242751
1. It's part of the mixed set
2. Anon said "HARD counter" which is very mistaken -- Stone Edge also suffices but Freeze-Dry has been more relevant
>>31242612
>send out Golisopod, do whatever
>get hit, Emergency Exit activates
>recover a third of your health
>potentially heal enough to allow Emergency Exit to kick in a second time if it kicks your health over 50% and on and on
>>31242739
generally really popular Pokemon lead to bias discussions .
>>31242818
Ah, I figured
At least Decidueye and Golisopod aren't completely unusable. They're just not cut out for OU, but I guess that's fine
