No, the official poll does. I don't really think Primarina is that bad actually (I love the eyes), and Brionne is cute, but Popplio is just too forgettable and bland compared to the others.

Owl won the first time when it was only stage one starters, narrowly edging out cat. Seal was way behind.
For the poll after the game was released, Owl won again, also barely edging out cat. Seal was back in 3rd by a large margin.
