I know what type of thread this is but I sincerely believe that Pokemon create eggs through freindship and corresponding energies within them.

Do you remember how Arceus created the egg with the help of the Unown? Arceus with the power of the Unown has the power to create everything and anything.
This is also in a way what happens when two other Pokemon produce a way, they however can only produce the same species as the mother but it still inherits certain characteristics of the father. When Arceus or any other mon produces an egg, it's a timeless event meaning that they in fact do pop out of nowhere.
When Arceus creates it's egg, it is the only time in the Pokemon universe we get to accompany such a timeless event.
