My team is staraptor, slaking, snorlax, bewear, oranguru and Drampa.

Contemplating porygon z instead of the Drampa. But I really don't want to.

As for the lax I'll give you a hint, he uses a mix of curse lax, stall lax, and my own twist I came up with (though I'm sure others have as well).

I finally completed my first fully IV/EV'd and legit team and decided on a monotype ghost team before even seeing these threads. I was sorta tempted to participate but when I entered Battle Spot I got utterly slaughtered. The team I built was intended to be for 6v6 because the only competitive Pokemon I had played was Pokemon Online and Showdown and didn't know formats were only 3v3 and 4v4 for Battle Spot in Sun/Moon.

I don't think I'll be going through with this event but could someone look over my current team and tell me what to keep and what to box/change so I can enjoy Battle Spot a little? I still wanna keep it monoghost and possibly keep the Mimikyu, Decidueye and Palossand as they're all shiny.

Hazards are always a bit iffy in 3's.

Substitute is a fantastic move to use on Mimikyu. Maybe replacing leechlife.
I don't know much about Marowak, but toxic seems a bit off.

Ghost user here, have some advice.

Hazards are kind of pointless in mono. Maybe stealth rock but I imagine spikes won't have great use.

Megas aren't allowed, sableye must have a different item. Mine runs prankster as a wall breaker and set up breaker. The BL2 set on smogon is a nice set.

Leech life is not a good move on mimikyu. Mimikyu is very frail so leech life will barely help. i reccomend shadow claw for STAB and good power. Personally I think life orb is the best item for it.

I don't have much experience with the others. I ran a similar set on palossand and didn't find it reliable at all. Also shadow ball is better then giga drain in my opinion. Maybe we can play sometime.

It can help when doing damage calcs if you know how much HP/Def/SpDef investment they have.Also you don't have to play "find the Focus Sash" or worry about being surprised by a scarf and you always know when you out speed if they happen to be modest/adamant over jolly/timid and vice versa.

These bugs passed on battle spot while they say they were received as eggs today and hatched back in november 2016. I feel like the hack detection is a bit subpar. Thanks for them, though! I wouldn't be able to compete this time without them
