Make Cherrim start with Flower Gift up and it only goes away when a weather other than sun is out, kinda like Schooling.

Give it Leaf Storm, Spore, Strength Sap, Wish, Dazzling Gleam, Psyshock, and Power Gem.

Flower gift now varies its effects depending on the user's form and current weather

When Cherrim is in the sun, it takes its sunshine form and boosts itself and its allies' Atk, SpA, instead of SpD.

When Cherrim is in any other weather it will take its default overcast form, which normally has no effect. However, in rain, flower gift will cause overcast cherrim to boost Def and SpD

In top of that, change cherrim's stats between forms: sunshine has more SpA and speed, while overcast has more Def and SpD.
