Maybe instead of whine and assume, you'd think I have 2 inches of a brain at least to have tried multiple times to have it have 31 IVs in Sp. Def (since it's one of the main stats).

It didn't work, so what? For battling with Hyper Training only on that Stat it's a perfect Pokémon.

Quick update: Popplios now have 31 IVs in everything except Atk (31 IVs in Sp.Def)
