i run anchor shot, phantom force, powerwhip and protect in vgc battles.

phantom force scores so many kos because people forget it hits through protect.

If you're going support, run Anchor Shot and Rapid Spin, with either Lefties or AV. If you go Lefties, run Phantom Force for extra recovery.
Or you can try going offensive, (which I haven't seen much of) with Gyro Ball, Power Whip and Phantom Force/Shadow Claw, and something else. It'd be pretty neat to reveal Phantom Force, then use Ghostium-Z to lure some threats.

A pretty good set I use is similar to this
Same EV's (or you can put 4 into hp) But I changed out rapid spin for swords dance to setup when you can. Also I use leftovers.

I'd personally go with this set or a build similar, I have a subseeder celesteela that I run with the same nature, spread, and item and she can hold her own if I keep her in at the right times
