Let me give you guys some advice about approaching and handling memes on 2+2chan. If you don't recognize it, ignore it completely and assume/treat it as if it's a shitty force attempt. This is especially true of reference memes that don't make sense without any context like OP's. Odds are it's a force meme. Sometimes you legitimately miss something but don't worry, just lurk and don't speak until its origin and legitimacy becomes obvious, if it's not a force meme this should show up eventually.
