Delcatty is absolute shite in any multiplayer environment, but any non-gimmick pokemon is useful in singleplayer campaign, especially since they went from challenging to autopilot since Gen6.

Sadly not much you can do with it. It might be faster now but it is still garbage everywhere else, and the only semi-good ability it has is wonder skin. Cute charm is too luck-based for something this fragile, and normalize can only work for getting STAB in everything and paralyzing ground types, but that's not good enough I think.

Maybe fake out, thunder wave, return and toxic works. It doesn't get u-turn like other cat mons, which is a shame.

Delcatty should really get a normal/ghost evo with access to skill swap to abuse the normalize shenanigans.
