It's Cinccino because it's pretty, powerful, and pell-mell.

Tsareena's cool on its own, but they pushed the dominatrix angle too hard in its flavor and left a sour taste with it.

In all honestly I find the design rather unappetising. WTF is up with the garlic clove hips, the weird turtleneck flower petals, it just looks like a bizarre humanoid mess. Plus just not into Dominatrix.

Citizen Hips works at least 2/10s of the time

It was fine on the site where they painted it out to be a just ruler who fights for what's right, but in the in-game Pokedex entry it just comes off as sadistic.

Plus it evolves by learning Stomp.

Terrible move pool, used her on my team with Tropkick, Play Rough, High-jump Kick and Synthesis. Constantly had to switch her out thanks to the abundant Poison and Bug type combinations throughout Alolah

Can't wait for move tutors so she can learn some move variety.

All this said, Trop Kick is definitely my favourite new move this gen. Mechanically I really like the idea of a damaging move that also helps the Pokemon defensively too. Also love the fact it's conceptually her kicking her opponent in such a way that they become less willing to attack her physically, it's such a fantastic representation of the dominatrix angle too.

Im still not sure what set I prefer. Rapid spin is better but ive been using aromatherapy more. My current one is maxed out HP/Attack but I do need to do a speed/attack one as well. Im not sure if id do that EV build with Jolly or Adamant. She really will be outsped by bigger threats either way but Jolly is still viable much as I prefer Adamant maxed out HP. I guess ill just breed more of every set just because I really like the pokemon. Some wish she was a Grass/flying and I can't agree. Flying is not a good type but its a worse 4x weakness than say ice since its more common in VGC and Smogon. I consider poison as a better type therefore the worse 4x weakness but I still say Grass/Fairy would be a better type because decent speed with tail wind and STAB play rough with that enormous attack might not be the best of the fairy type but be pretty hard to hit. As a plain grass type I just wish Trop Kick had 80 power even if I still refuse to run a set without the move.

I wouldn't say that. I think a more accurate word there is "understandable", because while it's understandable why Tsareena would act that way, that doesn't mean it's a good and justifiable thing to do.

They seem pretty similar all things considered, who would win depends on the individual investment of EVs.

Pretty good set in my experience, it has some good bulk with great coverage and good utility. I personally don't use high jump kick because of the potential self damage, but low sweep also gives you the a ability to set up other Pokémon to swap into.
