I wish he had Regenerator. The Pokedex used to mention that Hitmonchan needed to take breaks after three minutes, and I think this ability would reflect a boxer's ability to get his wind back after a short break between rounds.

How do we fix Zebstrika?
High horsepower Zingzap(probably not based on the Japanese name)(or a good fucking physical electric move that's not wild charge) and maybe U-turn. Will that make it be able to make use of its attack stat?

If it got U-Turn, I think Volt Switch would still be more viable on it due to STAB and the fact that nearly everything resists bug type moves.
