for singles (and doubles prior to gen 7 cause Dark Void doesn't work on non-Darkrai anymore) Moody Smeargle with Spore or Dark Void (again pre gen7) for doubles + Sheer Cold is an instant cancer/panic-inducing lead which usually fucks with whatever they try to set up if it doesn't outspeed.

Evasion is hugely luck-based.
There's a reason that you've never seen someone win Worlds with a Sand Veil Brightpowder Heliolisk and a Tyranitar partner.

People lose their shit over it, but it's honestly not that good. If Evasion was a real stat like Sp. Def and Speed, then MAYBE, but until that happens, no it's not gonna make any mon king of OU.
